The Felix Project

“The Felix Project believes in a vision of London where no-one goes hungry and good food is never wasted. And together, we believe we can win the fight against food waste and hunger in London.”

In November 2024, the DMC team registered as volunteers with Felix and will be attending the North London depot, close to our Head Office, twice a month to assist with sorting and collating food for distribution to those in need, in our community.                                                                                                                                                  

Following our first visits the team shared their thoughts on the experience:

 “it was a real eye opener; seeing how much food could potentially be wasted”

“it felt really good to know that people in need would be receiving the food we had helped to save”

 In aligning with The Felix Project, DMC has embarked on a mission that transcends corporate interests.

The commitment to helping those struggling is not only a testament to the company’s social responsibility but also a demonstration of the profound impact businesses can have when they unite for a common cause. Together, we can make a difference and create a legacy of positive change for generations to come.
